StretchMax Door Stretching Strap

StretchMax is a portable door stretching strap, is extremely popular and can be used on any standard door for stretch training. It consists of a short strap which lays over the top of the door. It is held securely in place with the door closed, by a wooden ball sewn into the webbing on one end, and a Chrome D-Ring at the other. The longer strap threads through the D-Ring. These stretching exercises increase the dancer’s flexibility, strength and range of motion. Instructional videos are available.
