StretchMax is a portable door stretching strap, is extremely popular and can be used on any standard door for stretch training. It consists of a short strap which lays over the top of the door. It is held securely in place with the door closed.

Our Balance Board / Wobble Board is made of a 15-½ inch – solid wood circular disk, with a non-slip textured surface. It improves core strength, posture and balance. Dancers will often practice ballet positions while standing on the Balance Board.
